BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve the renewal of our time-clock contract with UKG/Kronos for one year beginning 6/2/2024 and ending 6/1/2025.
BACKGROUND:
Kronos is out timeclock system required for hourly employee timekeeping.

The cost for this is $ 60,077.51 is budgeted and to be drawn from account 1010-194.00-933.001.
FYE 2024-$19,825.58 will be charged to 1010-194.00-933.001 and $40,251.93 will be charged to prepaid expenses 1010-000.00-123.000 for the period from 6/2/24-9/30/24
FYE 2025-$40,251.93 will be moved from prepaid expense 1010-000.00-123.000 to 1010-194.00-933.001 for the period of 10/1/24-6/1/25

TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Chief Information Officer to authorize renewing the contract between Genesee County and UKG Kronos Systems, LLC, whereby the contractor provides the timeclock system for hourly employee timekeeping, for a term commencing June 2, 2024, through June 1, 2025, at total cost not to exceed $60,077.51 to be drawn from account 1010-194-00-933.001, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request and supporting documents being on file with the official records of the March 20, 2024 meeting of the Finance Committee of this Board), and the Chairperson of this Board is authorized to execute the contract renewal on behalf of Genesee County.
