BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Genesee County Community Action Resource Department (GCCARD) requests authorization from this committee to approve the addition of fund number 2746-695.46-801.002 to Purchase Order (PO) #23-05016, with a recommendation of approval by the full Genesee County Board of Commissioners at their next regularly scheduled meeting.
BACKGROUND:
Purchase order #23-05016 was originally approved via resolution #2023-837 in an amount not to exceed $131,818.00. Fund numbers were allocated as follows: 2742-695.46-801.002 for $86,818.00, 2742-695.42-801.002 for $25,000.00, 2746-695.41-801.002 for $15,000.00, and 2746-695.42-801.002 for $5,000.00.
DISCUSSION:
GCCARD is requesting that fund number 2746-695.46-801.002, in an amount not to exceed $14,880.00, be added to PO #23-05016 to increase weatherization measures in client homes.
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:
There is no impact on Human Resources.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
Funds for this request are available in fund number 2746-695.46-801.002 in an amount no to exceed $14,880.00. No General Fund dollars are being requested.
IMPACT ON FACILITIES:
