LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, accepts the request and recommendation of counsel in the matter of Jeremy Livingston v Genesee County, et al, U.S. District Court case no. 22-10021, and authorizes action as discussed in closed session on March 13, 2024.
