BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Office of Fiscal Services is requesting the attached budget amendments to update the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, budget.
BACKGROUND:
Periodically throughout the fiscal year, amendments are needed to align budget as additional information is available to determine projected actual costs.
DISCUSSION:
These adjustments are needed to adjust revenue and expenditure accounts to reflect actual activity for the fiscal year

? Amendment to properly classify REDC revenue.
? Adjustment to HazMat budget to reflect updated process.
? Establish budget for temp services for ROD tech.
? Amendment to Sheriff forfeiture for increased cost in purchase of body worn cameras.
? Adjustment to Self Help budget to match grant.
? Adjustment to Ignite MEDC grant approved K9 expenditures.
? Adjust CSBG budget to match grant award.
? Amend Weatherization budget to account for training costs.
? Amendment to capture an increase in bond paying fees and offsetting revenue.
? Establish Director of Communications budget.
? Increase budget for marijuana tax based on actual amount received.
? Increase budget for office supplies and training for new employees for fiscal services
? Correct budget amendment from resolution 2024-111 to move equipment budget from CSA
