RE: Approval of an emergency purchase order request to ServPro to clean out GCCARD N. Saginaw St. location

BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve emergency PO request for Servpro not to exceed $17,787.15.
BACKGROUND:
All entities are out of the GCCARD-601 N Saginaw location, and we need to clear out the contents of the building to facilitate the sale. Quotes were requested and ServPro was the lowest bid received.
DISCUSSION:
By approving this emergency PO we will be able to move forward to get the building cleared out quickly and safely.

Facilities will be the administrator for this process.
