RE: Renewal of UKG Contract

BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve the renewal of our time-clock contract with UKG/Kronos for one-year beginning date of signing of contract, anticipating 6/12/2024 and ending 6/11/2025 and the conversion to the new Kronos platform.
BACKGROUND:
Kronos is our timeclock system required for hourly employee timekeeping. Kronos has ended support for the existing platform, and we are required to convert to a new one.

The cost for the license fee is $ 78,720 is budgeted and to be drawn from account 1010-194.00-933.001, 4 months of which will be charged to FY 24 and the rest to the prepaid account (budget amendment attached). The cost for the one-time conversion fee is $ 56,000 to be drawn from account 1010-228.01-933.001 (budget amendment attached)
