BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve request for purchase orders with Ecker Mechanical not to exceed $20,000.00 for the remaining fiscal year.
BACKGROUND:
Ecker Mechanical is a full-service mechanical plumbing contractor and sheet metal fabrication shop that Facilities and Operations uses throughout the year for our several locations.
Facilities and Operations has met the $30,000.00 spend limit with this vendor without further approval from the Board of Commissioners. We've recently had to have unplanned services & emergency repairs done at our Haley, Jail, McCree, and Circuit buildings totaling $25,136.46 in just the last 3 months.
DISCUSSION:
Approving this request will ensure that Facilities and Operations is able to get service and repairs as necessary to maintain county owned buildings.

Funds will be paid out of accounts below depending on the need:
