BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve the engagement with I3 Verticals for OnBase system review in the amount of $35,280.00
BACKGROUND:
OnBase is the document imaging and workflow platform that Genesee County uses for several departments. It has been used for many years with several different administrators who applied different logic to their workflows. This has led to an unwieldy system that sometimes behaves in unpredictable ways. This is an annual renewal agreement.
DISCUSSION:
We want to engage with I3 Verticals to help us clean up the workflow logic in OnBase to make it more manageable.

This project cost of $35,280.00 is budgeted and will be drawn from account 1010-228.01-801.004.
