BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Genesee County Community Action Resource Department (GCCARD) requests authorization from this committee for the addition of $1,220.00 to purchase order (PO) #23-05016, for a new grand total not to exceed $147,918.00, with a recommendation of approval by the full Genesee County Board of Commissioners at their next regularly scheduled meeting.
BACKGROUND:
The addition of $1,220.00 is being requested for Bedrock Builder PO #23-05016, approved via RES-2023-837, and shall be added to fund number 2746-695.42-801.002, with a new grand total not to exceed $147,918.00.
DISCUSSION:
This PO, approved via RES-2023-837, is utilized by GCCARD's Weatherization Assistance Program to provide weatherization and home maintenance services to eligible Genesee County residents.
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:
There will be no impact on Human Resources.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
A total of $1,220.00 will be added to PO #23-05016 for fund number 2746-695.42-801.002, with a new grand total not to exceed $147,918.00. GCCARD requests that all other fund allocations remain the same. No General Fund dollars are being requested.
IMPACT ON FACILITIES:
There will be no impact on facilities.
IMPACT ON TECHNOLOGY:
There will be no impact on technology.
CONFORMITY TO COUNTY PRIORITIES:
This memorandum conforms to Genesee County's priority of Long-Term Financial Stability by ensuring that GCCARD funds are expended efficiently and accurately.
