BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of a proposed amendment to the 2023-2024 Appropriations Resolution reallocating expenditures within the Community Corrections budget.
BACKGROUND:
FY2024 Application Plan was approved by the State and this Board. Allowing such changes will provide more detailed consistency between staff time spent on specific funded services and supplies that is needed.
DISCUSSION:
Genesee County Community Corrections (GCCC) is requesting a budget adjustment #3 to complete fiscal year 2024 fiscally responsible. Allowing such changes will provide more detailed consistency between staff time spent on specific funded services and supplies that is needed. It shall be noted that even though not all the funds were expensed for G18 (Tri-Cap OMSP), outreach has happened with the judicial and a few defendants have been sentenced to the program. The word is out! More referrals are expected for FY2025!
