TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, hereby approves and adopts the nondiscrimination policies, procedures, and training materials required to be implemented by, and which were already approved by, the federal Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) as part of EPA Case No. 18RD-16-R5, said policies, procedures, and materials needing a formal adoption by this Board.
