LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Parks and Recreation Director to authorize amending RES-2023-52 authorizing an expenditure and purchase order to CXT Precast Concrete Products, in an amount not to exceed $65,930.00 to be paid from account 2088-776.00-974.000, for the purchase of one (1) Double Rocky Mountain Pit Toilet for the Branch Road Fishing Site project, said amendment being necessary to expend the funds in FYE 2024, is approved.
