BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Allocation Committee is recommending approval of the fund transfer described below.
BACKGROUND:
Family Promise of Mid-Michigan is unable to spend their 2024 Homeless Prevention funds. The Allocation Committee is requesting to reallocate all funds from Family Promise's Homeless Prevention Program project and split those funds equally to GCCARD and Catholic Charities, the only two subrecipients with Homelessness Prevention programs for the 2024 program year. This funding transfer will take place before the contracts are signed.

No impact on human resources.

Project utilizes ESG funds, no impact on general budget.
IMPACT ON FACILITIES:
No impact on county facilities.

This project aligns with Genesee County's priority of creating healthy, livable, and safe communities. The project provides eviction prevention services to households who are severely cost-burdened and at risk of homelessness.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
