BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Office of the Genesee County Sheriff is requesting approval for a FY 24/25 purchase order for Aramark for annual food and commissary services to the inmates housed at the Genesee County Jail in the amount of $880,000.00 as has been approved from budget line item 1010-351.00-762.000. (Budget approval through Fiscal*)
BACKGROUND:
Aramark was previously approved to provide these services in May 2022 via Reso 2022-295; with a contractual approval and provision through May 4, 2025.
