BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Office of the Genesee County Sheriff is requesting approval for an increase to the blanket PO for FY 23/24 for ACH for annual medical services to the inmates housed at the Genesee County Jail in the amount of $44,410.00 to be paid from account 1010-351.00-835.003
BACKGROUND:
This adjustment is necessary due to the increased cost to the Consumer Price Index(CPI) in the mutually agreed contract

TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Office of Genesee County Sheriff to authorize increasing the blanket purchase order to Advanced Correctional Healthcare (ACH), in the amount of $44,410.00 to be paid from account 1010-351.00-835.003, said increase being necessary due to an increase in the Consumer Price Index, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request and supporting documents being on file with the official records of the October 2, 2024 meeting of the Finance Committee of the Board).
