TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the public body will enter closed session as permitted by the Open Meetings Act, MCL 15.268(c), for strategy and negotiation sessions connected to the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement, and authorizes action as discussed in closed session on September 18, 2024.
