BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of a purchase order to AJP Commercial Shredding for FY 23/24, in the amount of $55,000.00 for the annual storage, file management and shredding services for the Genesee County Legal Records department
BACKGROUND:
This purchase order request is for the off-site storage of court files, maintenance/retrieval of off-site court files, monthly shredding of documents and ARPA funded shredding of court files
DISCUSSION:
On August 22, 2024 the vendor provided all FY 23/24 invoices to date to be processed. This includes the invoices for services provided under the Genesee County Clerk, prior to Circuit Court having jurisdiction of the Legal Records department.
