LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, accepts the request and recommendation of counsel in the matter of Huddleston v Genesee County, Workers Compensation case no. GCO 23-000038-01, and authorizes action as discussed in Closed Session on October 23, 2024.
