BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of an amendment to the FY25 contract with Dr. Larry Kage to add an additional $10,000.00 to the contract to cover the costs of additional insurance requirements and services required by State of Michigan licensing. The total cost of the contract will be $39,500.00. The cost is a part of the approved Child Care Fund and is reimbursed 50% by the State of Michigan. BACKGROUND:
This Board approved an original contract with Dr. Larry Kage, D.O. in the amount of $29,500.00 to provide physician services for the youth at the Genesee County Juvenile Justice Center pursuant to reso# 24-672. The contract was effective October 1, 2024. This $10,000.00 amendment is required to cover the costs of additional insurance requirements and services required by State of Michigan licensing.
DISCUSSION:
