Approval of a request for an address change in Hasselbring Senior Center Contract due to relocation
BACKGROUND:
I am writing to formally request an update to the contract between Genesee County and the Hasselbring Senior Center due to relocation. Former address: 1002 W. Home Ave. Flint Michigan 48503 / New address: 1618 W. Pierson Road Flint Michigan 48504
DISCUSSION:
The Hasselbring Senior Center, a Michigan Nonprofit Corporation, will relocate to this address to continue providing services and programs to Genesee County senior citizens ages 60 and older with senior millage funding. Services and programs are expected to start on Monday, March 3, 2025. There are no other changes to the contract or award amount.

TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Director of the Office of Senior Services to authorize amending the FY 2024-2025 Senior Center Contract between Genesee County and the Hasselbring Senior Center, said amendment being necessary to change the address location only, with all remaining terms remaining unchanged and in full effect, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request and any supporting documents to be placed on file with the official records of the February 26, 2025 meeting of this Board), and the Chairperson of this board is authorized to execute the contract amendment on behalf of Genesee County.
