BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Office of Fiscal Services is requesting the attached budget amendments to update the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, budget.
BACKGROUND:
Periodically throughout the fiscal year, amendments are needed to align budget as additional information is available to determine projected actual costs.
DISCUSSION:
These adjustments are needed to adjust revenue and expenditure accounts to reflect actual activity for the fiscal year.

• Amendment to carry over funds for Parks & Recreation Solar Project.
• Amendment for Bendle Schools SRO contract renewal.
• Amendment for Carmen-Ainsworth Schools SRO contract renewal.
• Amendment for Goodrich Schools SRO contract renewal.
• Amendment for International academy of Flint SRO contract renewal.
• Amendment for Atlas Township Patrol contract renewal.
• Amendment for Fenton Township Patrol contract renewal.
• Amendment for Veterans Microgrants Program.
• Amendment for Legal Resource Center budget to match current trends.
• Amendment to GCCARD budgets to align with grant activity.
• Amendment to Arrowhead Grant for equipment not delivered in FYE 2024.
• Amendment for Equalization scanning contract for DR item 24-338.
• Amendment for DR item 24-601 for the demolition of McDonalds Dairy.
• Amendments to the 2025 ARPA approved budget.

TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Chief Financial Officer to authorize multiple budget amendments to the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 budget, said amendments being fully described in the memorandum request, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request and supporting documents being on file with the official records of the November 13, 2024 meeting of the Finance Committee of this Board), and the Chief Financial Officer is directed to make the budget adjustments, as needed, to effectuate this resolution.
