Approval of a purchase order to Michigan State Police for the fiscal year ending 2025, in an amount not to exceed $54,800.00 for the renewal of the Records Management System for the service dates 10/1/2024-9/30/2025; the cost for the purchase order will be paid from account 1010-351.00-933.001
BACKGROUND:
This PO request is an annual renewal of services. This PO allows the Sheriff’s Office to access Premier One. Premier One is a record management system that forensically saves reports and jail records. Premier One also allows for data sharing between law enforcement agencies.

TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Office of Genesee County Sheriff to authorize a purchase order to Michigan State Police for the annual service renewal of the Premier One records management system for the period commencing October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, at a cost not to exceed $54,800.00 to be paid from account 1010-351.00-933.001, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request and supporting documents being on file with the official records of the February 19, 2025 meeting of the Finance Committee of this Board).
