BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Request to add an additional $25,000.00 to line 2110-313.00-764.000 for the Medics expenses on the prior approved blanket PO 25-02776 to vendor Bound Tree Medical for necessary purchases and equipment through the balance of FY25/26.
BACKGROUND:
For reference, original RES-2025-2274 at the beginning of the fiscal year. An amended request for an additional $45,000.00 to be added was approved via RES-2026-0633.
DISCUSSION:
The existing available balance will not cover current invoices nor allow for additional needed supplies for the Medics. The account has sufficient budgeted dollars remaining.

TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Office of Genesee County Sheriff to authorize adding additional funds to the blanket PO 25-02776, approved to Bound Tree Medical, in the additional amount of an additional $25,000.00 to be paid from account 2110-313.00-764.000, to purchase medical supplies for the Paramedic Division through FY 25/26, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request and supporting documents being on file with the official records of the September 16, 2026 meeting of the Governmental Operations Committee of this Board).
