BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of the issuance of a purchase order to the MailRoom Service Center for the fiscal year ending September 2027, in an amount not to exceed $278,916.75 to provide postage and mailing services for the fiscal year.
BACKGROUND:
Fiscal Services is requesting to issue a purchase order(s) to the MailRoom Service Center in order to provide mail services for the fiscal year ending September 2027. This is a continuation of services based on previous approval by the Board. The amounts requested is based on the department’s budget that were approved by the Board during the month of August.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Purchasing Administrator to authorize an expenditure, in the form of purchase order(s) to the MailRoom Service Center, to provide mailing services for the 26-27 fiscal year, in an amount not to exceed $278,916.75, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request and supporting documentation being on file with the official records of the November 3, 2026 meeting of the Finance Committee of this Board).
