BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Board approval and referral by the Health Officer to the appropriate committee of the Board of Commissioners.
DISCUSSION:
Zuddles has a history of providing quality products that are visually pleasing and attractive to community residents. Genesee County Health Department uses this vendor for a variety of outreach supplies. This vendor currently exceeds $10,000 for the FY25-26. This request is to purchase printed flyers, brochures, and other resource materials for various program areas.
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:
There will be no impact on Human Resources.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
Program lines to be added are: 2211-603.02-763.000, 2211-615.00-763.000, and 2210-623.00-763.000, for a total addition not to exceed $12,100.00. This request is an addition to the already existing resolution 26-146.
IMPACT ON FACILITIES:
There is no anticipated impact on facilities for this request.
IMPACT ON TECHNOLOGY:
There will be no impact on technology.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Health Officer to authorize a change order or program line addition to Document Review Item 26-146; for program lines 2211-603.02-763.000, 2211-615.00-763.000, and 2210-623.00-763.000, in a total amount that is not to exceed $12,100.00, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request being on file with the official records of the June 10, 2026 meeting of the Human Services Committee of this Board).
