BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve an agreement with Revize Software Systems LLC to redesign the websites of the 7th Judicial Circuit Court and the Genesee County Probate Court. Total amount - $17,211 for initial period and $5,000 per year for three years for maintenance and support .
BACKGROUND:
The 7th Judicial Circuit Court and Genesee County Probate Courts have current websites that need a major redesign and security upgrade. The courts must have a robust, secure and easily understandable website to publish public information relative to court schedules, juror reporting, hours of operation and mandatory security checkpoint restrictions.
DISCUSSION:
The current websites are over 10 years old, with outdated design elements that are out of step with best practices for court user communication. The Revize proposal scope of work is for both Courts, in the total amount of $17,211 for design, implementation and first year support. Agreement includes $5,000 per year for three years for maintenance and support.

TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the 7th Judicial Circuit Court and Genesee County Probate Court to authorize entering into the court website redesign contract between Genesee County and Revize LLC, using budgeted funds from account 1010-283.00-933.001, as set forth in the memorandum request and attached contract, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request and supporting documents being on file with the official records of the July 17, 2024 meeting of the Governmental Operations Committee of this Board), and the Chairperson of this Board is authorized to execute the contract on behalf of Genesee County.
