BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of a purchase order to ImageSoft, Inc., for Onbase software maintenance for the period commencing October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025; in the amount not to exceed $169,801.63 to be paid from account 1010-228.01-933.001
BACKGROUND:
OnBase is the document image and workflow system that documents rely on for critical functions. We have expanded its use FY24 where HR and Fiscal have adopted it for their needs to reduce paper.

As an electronic document management and workflow system OnBase helps the County with long-term growth financial stability by reducing paper and be more efficient with workflow and communications with Healthy and Livable and Safe Communities by promoting environmental stewardship.

TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Chief Information Officer to authorize an expenditure, in the form of a purchase order to ImageSoft, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $169,801.63 to be paid from account 1010-228.01-933.001 for OnBase software maintenance for the period commencing October 1, 2024, through September 30, 2025, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request and supporting documentation being on file with the official records of the September 11, 2024 meeting of the Public Works Committee of this Board), and the Chairperson of this Board is authorized to execute any contract documents on behalf of Genesee County.
