TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, Genesee County Road Commissioner Timothy W. Elkins, by way of a letter dated June 25, 2025, sent to the Chairperson of the Genesee County Road Commission, tendered his resignation as a Road Commissioner effective July 30, 2025; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Elkins’ resignation letter was thereafter forwarded to the Chairperson of this Board of County Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, this Board wishes to accept Mr. Elkins’ resignation in order to make it official.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, hereby accepts Mr. Elkins’ resignation from his position as an appointed Genesee County Road Commissioner.
