BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve emergency PO request for Waldorf & Sons not to exceed $9,270.00
BACKGROUND:
This water line emergency repair was crucial because it was the main water line for Animal Control and it affected the entire building. Waldorf was able to identify the break and dig it up and repair it with minimal down time for the building during sub-zero temperatures

BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by Director of Facilities and Operations for approval of emergency PO request for Waldorf & Sons not to exceed $9,270.00, to be paid from account 2130-430.00-930.000, for the purpose of repairing the water line at Animal Control, is approved.
