BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Genesee County Community Action Resource Department (GCCARD) requests authorization from this committee to approve a Purchase Order (PO) to Bedrock Building, Inc, not to exceed $131,818.00, for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024, with a recommendation of approval by the full Genesee County Board of Commissioners at their next regularly scheduled meeting.
BACKGROUND:
GCCARD utilizes Bedrock Building, Inc. for required weatherization services such as furnace repair and/or replacement, ventilation, plumbing repair, and water heaters to qualified Genesee County residents. The measures are determined for each home based on the parameters defined by the State of Michigan and the Department of Energy.
DISCUSSION:
Bedrock Building, Inc. was selected through the RFP process and approved under Resolution #20-213.
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:
This memorandum incurs no impact on Human Resources.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
Funds for this PO are available in the following fund numbers: 2742-695.46-801.002 for $86,818.00, 2742-695.42-801.002 for $25,000.00, 2746-695.41-801.002 for $15,000.00, and 2746-695.42-801.002 for $5,000.00 not to exceed $131,818.00. No General Fund dollars are being requested.

This memorandum incurs no impact on Technology.
