TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, accepts the request and recommendation in the matters of both Szemites v Genesee County, Workers Compensation case no. GCO 24-000092-01 and Light v Genesee County, Workers Compensation case no. GCO 23-000085-01, and authorizes action as discussed in closed session on November 20, 2024.
