BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Office of Fiscal Services is requesting the attached budget amendments to update the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, budget.
BACKGROUND:
Periodically throughout the fiscal year, amendments are needed to align the budget as additional information is available to determine projected actual costs.
DISCUSSION:
These adjustments are needed to adjust revenue and expenditure accounts to reflect actual activity for the fiscal year.
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:

IMPACT ON BUDGET:
The requested amendments will impact the budget as follows:
? Adjust GISD, Bentley, Atherton SRO Budget to match approved contract
? Reclassification of expenses in Tower Project Fund
? Decrease in expenses for motor pool reorganization
? Adjustment of brownfield revenue and expense for agent fee
? Increase in F&O operational costs for Brightly Software
? Adjust Grant amounts for contract approved in Reso 2023-695
? Adjustment to Self Help Grant accounts for Circuit Court
? Establish 2024 MEDC Grant Budget
? Establish Legal Records Division Budget for Circuit Court
? Adjust VBRD to match Grant contract for Circuit Court
? Re-establish budget for Capital Projects Fund
