Authorization to accept the Emergency Management Performance Grants American Rescue Plan Act grant from Michigan State Police. This grant covers 30% of the cost of the Emergency Manager.
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this grant agreement is to provide federal pass-through funds to the Genesee County Sheriff's Office for the development and maintenance of an emergency management program capable of protecting life, property, and vital infrastructure in times of disaster or emergency. This year our award is increased to 30.01247% of the cost of the Emergency Manager.
