TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan (“Board”), has adopted a Volunteer Time Off Policy (“Policy”); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Policy, this Board is responsible for approving acceptable volunteer opportunities; and
WHEREAS, this Board now wishes to approve certain volunteer opportunities in which benefit-eligible employees may participate under the Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board approves the attached list of volunteer opportunities and incorporates the attachment into the Volunteer Time Off Policy 02.006.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Board may modify the approved list of volunteer opportunities as it deems necessary.
