LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, accepts the request and recommendation of outside counsel in the arbitration/mediation matter of Redstone Architects, Inc., and Genesee County Board of Commissioners, Case No. 01-24-0008-7495, and authorizes action as discussed in closed session on June 17, 2026.
