BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Fiscal Services is requesting the attached budget amendments to update the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, budget.
BACKGROUND:
Periodically throughout the fiscal year, amendments are needed to align budget as additional information is available to determine projected actual costs.
DISCUSSION:
These adjustments are needed to adjust revenue and expenditure accounts to reflect actual activity for the fiscal year.

? Amendment to GIS for upgraded position costs.
? Amendment for Defined Benefit retirement costs due to retirements.
? Amend Jail Supply budget.
? Establish budget for new Sheriff K9 expenses.
? Amend Trust budgets to reflect current trends.
? Amend Circuit Court Jag grant budget for actuals.
? Amendment to Motorpool budget for current trends.
? Reduce GF contract budget for actual contract start date, WeConnect.
? Amendment to accept the 2025 MALPH grant for the Health Department.
? Adjustments to Health Department budgets to reflect actual activity and current trends.
? Amend EDC budget based on the November 19th EDC board meeting approvals.
