BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by Commissioner Martin Cousineau to have the property at the former McDonald Dairy site appraised and listed for sale is approved (a copy of the memorandum request being on file with the official records of the November 3, 2026 meeting of the Public Works Committee of this Board).
