TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, by this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, that the request by the Director of Administration to authorize entering into a contract between Genesee County and Khoury Johnson Leavitt, LLC, whereby the contractor will provide lobbying services for Genesee County government, at a monthly cost not to exceed $5,500.00, for the term commencing May 14, 2026, through September 30, 2028, for a total contract amount not to exceed $154,000.00, is approved (a copy of the memorandum request and supporting documents to be placed on file with the official records of the May 13, 2026 meeting of this Board), and the Chairperson of this Board is authorized to execute the contract, after approval by Corporation Counsel, on behalf of Genesee County.
