BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Fiscal Services is requesting the attached budget amendments to update the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, budget.
BACKGROUND:
Periodically throughout the fiscal year, amendments are needed to align budget as additional information is available to determine projected actual costs.
DISCUSSION:
These adjustments are needed to adjust revenue and expenditure accounts to reflect actual activity for the fiscal year.
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:
None.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
? Amendments to various General Fund accounts for current year activity and trends including Board Office, Emergency Management, Medical Examiner's Office, appropriations, and Circuit Court.
?Amendments to General Fund revenue accounts to align with trends.
? Amendment to Risk Management for additional Liability Insurance.
? Amending Motor Pool budget due to pension employee retirement.
? Amendment to reallocate budget from vacant positions to capital project funds for Q2 2026.
? Amendment to capital project funds for current year projects.
