TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan (“Board”), passed Resolution 2025-2670, as amended during this Board’s November 12, 2025 meeting, related to wage increases for co-elected officials and certain non-union employees; and
WHEREAS, this Board wishes to memorialize the amendments in a separate resolution for clarity purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board clarifies that it amended Resolution 2025-2670 by removing all District Court, Circuit Court, and Probate Court employees from the wage document.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Board clarifies that it amended Resolution 2025-2670 by removing any wage increases listed in the wage document for the co-elected officials for years two (2) and three (3).
