TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, accepts the request and recommendation of outside counsel in the matter of Mark Milkiewicz, as personal representative of the estate of Kerrie Milkiewicz, deceased v Genesee County, et al, U.S. District Court case no. 20-cv-10017, and authorizes action as discussed in closed session on January 28, 2026.
