BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of a request to sell the Flushing District Court Condominium
BACKGROUND:
Flushing District Court was consolidated into the McCree Courts and Human Services Building in December 2025. The property was advertised and an invitation to bid (ITB #26-498) issued.
DISCUSSION:
A sealed bid of $435,000.00 was received. This was $10,000.00 over the minimum asking price. The successful bidder is responsible for all closing costs associated with the sale. Staff recommend the approval of the sale and to work with Corporation Counsel for any closing documents associated with the sale of property.

None.

Savings on condominium fees, maintenance, and operational utility costs.
IMPACT ON FACILITIES:
Utilize existing resources to prioritize and focus on other facility needs.
IMPACT ON TECHNOLOGY:
Reduced support and data infrastructure needs to a facility.

The Board of Commissioners have adopted the priority of maintaining our Long-Term Financial Stability. By selling this building and the consolidations, we will be able to reduce our current and future operational costs
