Approval of one (1) appointment to the Genesee County Opioid Settlement Steering Committee
BACKGROUND:
A vacancy occurred on the Opioid Settlement Steering Committee. In order to fill this partial-term lived experience position, the Board of County Commissioners authorized the advertisement for interested applicants.
DISCUSSION:
This partial-term position is a designated seat for those that have lived experience with opioid addiction.
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:
HR helped with the advertisement and screening of applicants. There is no further impact on HR.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
There will be no impact on the budget.
IMPACT ON FACILITIES:
There will be no impact on facilities.
