BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Fiscal Services is requesting the attached budget amendments to update the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027, budget.
BACKGROUND:
Periodically throughout the fiscal year, amendments are needed to align budget as additional information is available to determine projected actual costs.
DISCUSSION:
These adjustments are needed to adjust revenue and expenditure accounts to reflect actual activity for the fiscal year
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:
None.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
• Amendment for RESO 2026-1395 for a new janitorial vendor.
• Amendment for RESO 2026-1355 budgeted use of fund balance for the demolition of the former administration building.
• Amendment for RESO 2026-1202 to align the budget with Atlas Road Patrol contract.
• Amendment for RESO 2026-1301 amending to match ATPA award amount for Prosecutors.
• Amendment for RESO 2026-0989 to create two APA positions and eliminating the Chief Deputy APA in the Office of the Prosecutor.
• Amendment for RESO 2026-0959 to create five new paralegals and three new APAs in the Office of the Prosecutor.
• Amendment for RESO 2026-0990 to eliminate a part-time secretary and create a full-time secretary in the Office of the Prosecutor.
• Amendment for RESO 2026-0958 to create and continue to fund ARPA funded positions in General Fund in the Office of the Prosecutor.
• Amendment for opioid outreach training in Community Corrections.
