Approval of an agreement between Genesee County and Sentinel Technologies, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $26,760.96
BACKGROUND:
Sentinel provides engineering support to the IT network team for any issues they need assistance with as well as monitoring services to alert the department of any issues they discover. This agreement is for 1 year.
DISCUSSION:
As the results for RFP 26-483, Sentinel Technologies Inc., was the lowest bidder for the Annual Managed Network Services Agreement, to provide technical support services for Genesee County's core network in an amount not to exceed $26,760.96.
IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCES:
There is no impact on Human Resources.
IMPACT ON BUDGET:
This is a budgeted expense for the 12-month agreement to be paid out of the following account 1010-228.01-801.004, billed at $2,230.08 per month.
IMPACT ON FACILITIES:
There is no impact on Facilities.

CONFORMITY TO COUNTY PRIORITIES:
