TO THE HONORABLE CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBERS OF THE GENESEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, GENESEE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
WHEREAS, Genesee County Road Commissioner Christopher Gehringer tendered his retirement as a Road Commissioner effective August 18, 2026, by sending an email on May 5, 2026, to Genesee County Board Chairperson Dale Weighill; and
WHEREAS, this Board wishes to accept Mr. Gehringer’s retirement in order to make it official.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, hereby accepts Road Commissioner Christopher Gehringer’s retirement effective the day after his retirement date of August 18, 2026.
