BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
The Genesee County Probate Court is respectfully requesting authorization to accept the 2023-24 grant awards for the problem-solving court programs - Mental Health Court and Veterans Treatment Court - operated through the Probate Court and Judge Jennie E. Barkey. The State Court Administrative Office has approved grants to support the programs in the following amounts for 2023-24: Mental Health Court - $187,100; Veterans Treatment Court - $23,000.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN:
