Approval to renew an agreement between Genesee County and Zoho Corporation, in an amount not to exceed $38,390.00, to provide monitoring and support for computers and networks; the cost of this agreement will be paid from the accounts listed below.
BACKGROUND:
The subscription with Zoho Corporation helps improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support secure operations. It allows IT staff to monitor computers, provide technical support, and manage networks more effectively. This ensures smoother day-to-day operations and helps the county government maintain reliable and secure services for both staff and the public.
DISCUSSION:
This is a planned renewal our ManageEngine Endpoint Central Security subscription which includes 1700 endpoint and single user licenses, ADAudit Plus Professional Edition annual maintenance and support for 6 domain controllers; ADAudit Plus Professional Edition annual maintenance and support for 5 Window servers; ADAAudit Plus Professional Edition annual maintenance and support for 6 file servers and ADAudit Professional Edition annual subscription for 1550 domain users.

IMPACT ON BUDGET:
