BOARD ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of authorizing the payment of existing invoices (attached) on orders and additional purchases through vendor Hubbard's Military Supply for the remainder of FY25-26 in an amount not to exceed an estimated $15,000.00 to provide for the purchase of uniforms and related uniform accessories as needed for various divisions within the Office of the Sheriff.
BACKGROUND:
Per page 66 of the POAM Deputies Union Contract; Section 22.4 Uniforms and Equipment. Hubbard's Military Supply is a local Genesee County business who supplies the Sheriff's (and other County departments*) Office with uniform, duty belts, holsters, and badges
DISCUSSION:
Per Purchasing, the current aggregate spending or encumbrance with this vendor is $42,536.85.
