Attached for your review and acceptance is the 2025 Annual Report of the Genesee County Employees' Retirement System.

The report has been reviewed and accepted by the Retirement Commission and Retirement System auditor, Plante & Moran, PLLC. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.
DISCUSSION:
Annually the Genesee County Employees’ Retirement System has an audit. You’ll find the financial statements and two letters attached. There were no findings.

BE IT RESOLVED, that this Board of County Commissioners of Genesee County, Michigan, hereby accepts the Genesee County Employees’ Retirement System 2025 Annual Report (a copy of the memorandum request and report being on file with the official records of the August 19, 2026 meeting of this Board).
